  4. This agremeent is for "sale or return." CONSIGNMENT SELLER shall 
  5. have @355 days from the date of delivery of the consigned goodds 
  6. to either sell or pay for the goods, or return the same. Should 
  7. CONSIGNMENT SELLER fail to pay or retunr the same within such 
  8. time period, then the goods shall be deemed to be purchased by 
  9. CONSIGNMENT SELLER, and shall be paid for within 30 days, net.
